EUservis.cz experts have first-hand experience with evaluation as they have worked as evaluators, members of evaluation committees and members of selection committees within measures 1.1, 2.1, 2.3., 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 4.1, and 4.2 of OP Human Resources Development. Therefore, the range of their experience covers a significant part of submitted and evaluated projects; they have practical knowledge of the systems and processes of project evaluation and selection and first-hand experience with the processes directly in the target regions.
The common feature of the division’s activities is the effort to transfer the experience and know-how to the client. Selected counselling projects are implemented in the form of a coaching activity, within which the client’s employees cooperate directly on the output which is then also finalized in cooperation. This leads to a direct transfer of knowledge, skills and experience. The company was accredited by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic in 2003, and it has been a Ministry of Interior accredited training institutions since 2006. In 2004 our team of experts joined the process of implementation of EU SF operational programmes at the level of both programme and project.
The EUservis.cz team provides expert and consulting services within the above mentioned fields, cooperates on the preparation and enhancement of competences of employees at all levels – from recipients, and implementation structure employees to evaluators of projects financed from EU structural funds. The division cooperates on creating networks and platforms for know-how sharing at national and international levels. The division and its employees carry out the preparation of project intents for EU SF Operational Programmes (IOP, OP HRE, OP EC, ROP South-East, cross-border cooperation programmes, etc.) for various clients.
